The conclusion or impression section is where the radiologist or specialist says what they actually think. Everything above it is the evidence.

Ranges are not verdicts

A value slightly outside the reference range is common and often means nothing on its own. What matters is the trend across several tests and how the person feels.

Ask the question that changes something

When you speak to the doctor, ask what they would do differently because of this result. It is the fastest way to separate findings that need action from findings that need watching.
