Most international policies will reimburse care abroad, but only if the paperwork matches what the insurer expects.
What insurers ask for
An itemised invoice showing the clinic, the date, the treatment codes and the amount paid. A short medical report explaining why the treatment was needed. Proof of payment.
Where claims fall down
Handwritten receipts, missing dates and treatments that were never pre-authorised. Where your policy requires pre-authorisation, we request it before booking and send you the reference number.
What we provide
Every visit we arrange produces an itemised receipt and a written report in English or French, which is what most insurers accept without further questions.
