One number to call
In an emergency your relative should always call the local emergency number first. Once they are safe, one call to our care line puts a coordinator on the case: we dispatch a vetted ambulance partner, alert the receiving hospital and share the medical history the doctors will need.
While your relative is in hospital
Your coordinator stays with the case until admission is confirmed, sends you updates at every step, and arranges the follow-up appointments once your relative is discharged.
