What we take care of

Services

Check-ups, tests, imaging, home visits and emergency transport, coordinated with vetted partner clinics.

What we take care of

The services we arrange and follow up for your relatives.

Preventive care

Personal preventive care pathways

We build a yearly plan around your relative's age and history: check-ups, screenings, vaccinations and follow-up visits booked in advance with partner clinics.

After every appointment you receive a plain-language summary and the doctor's recommendations, so you always know what happens next.

How it works

From sign-up to the first report, usually in under a week.

Pick coverage for one relative or up to five, for 6 or 12 months.

  2. Tell us about them

Share medical history, current treatments and the doctors they already see.

  3. We book and attend

Your coordinator arranges visits, tests and transport, and can accompany them.

  4. You get the report

Questions families ask

Can't find your answer? Call +1 (000) 555-555 — coordinators reply within one working day.

Which countries do you cover?

We currently work with 32 partner clinics in Benin, Cameroon, Togo and Gabon, and add new cities every quarter. Tell us where your relative lives and we'll confirm coverage before you pay.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current 6 or 12 month term.

Do you work with health insurance?

We provide itemised receipts and visit reports that most international health insurers accept for claims. Check your policy for what it covers.

Are clinic and lab fees included?

Plan fees cover coordination, reporting and the care line. Consultation, test and scan fees are quoted in advance and billed only after you approve them.

How do I receive medical reports?

Reports arrive by email and in your family dashboard, usually within 24 hours of a visit and 48 hours for imaging.

Who can see my relative's records?

Only you, your relative and the people you invite. Doctors see what they need for the visit they're handling.

What happens in an emergency?

Call the care line. A coordinator arranges transport, alerts the hospital and keeps you updated until your relative is admitted.
