SWPMedical coordinates medical care; it does not provide medical treatment itself. Treatment is delivered by independent licensed partner clinics, and clinical decisions remain with the treating doctor.
Plans and billing
Plan fees cover coordination, reporting and the care line. Consultation, laboratory and imaging fees are quoted in advance and billed only after you approve them. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged by the clinic.
Emergencies
SWPMedical is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number first.
