Preventive care is the part of the service families notice the least and benefit from the most. We take your relative’s age, medical history and current treatments, and build a twelve-month calendar of check-ups, screenings and vaccinations with the partner clinic closest to their home.

How we follow up
Your coordinator confirms every appointment two days ahead, arranges transport when travel is difficult, and calls you the same evening if anything in the results needs your attention.
