Ask us anythingNone at all. Most of our members started as complete beginners. Fundamentals classes teach stance, movement and basic technique before any contact.
Only if you want to. Sparring is optional and limited to dedicated sessions. Coaches will clear you once you're ready.
Athletic clothing, a water bottle and a towel. We'll lend you gloves and shin guards for your trial. For BJJ, a rash guard and shorts are fine.
Adult programs are for ages 16 and over. Members aged 16–17 need a parent or guardian to sign the waiver.
Yes. You can pause for up to three months per year for travel, injury or any other reason, free of charge.
