Inside Talent Agency WordPress Theme
A talent agency WordPress Theme that sells the roster, not the template
SWP Talent Agency Pro is a premium talent agency WordPress Theme built for the businesses that put people in front of cameras – artist management companies, model agencies, influencer and creator agencies, casting studios, speaker bureaus, sports management firms and boutique representation houses. It is designed around a single commercial truth: brands book faces, and producers book availability. Every screen in this theme is organised to move a visitor from *”who do you represent?”* to *”send me the roster”* in as few steps as possible.
The design is deliberately editorial. A near-black canvas, a restrained gold accent, oversized condensed display type and hairline rules give the site the confidence of a printed portfolio rather than the noise of a generic business template. Four counter-scrolling portrait columns fill the hero, a marquee runs your brand partners, and light “paper” bands break the dark rhythm exactly where the eye needs a rest.
Built for the way an agency actually works
Most agency sites fail because they treat every visitor the same. This talent agency theme for WordPress does not. A dedicated audience-routing section splits traffic three ways on the homepage – brands looking to book, talent seeking representation, and press or producers working to a deadline – and sends each to the right page and the right form. Under it sit the sections a representation business genuinely needs:
- Roster divisions – comedy, sport, entertainment, broadcast, digital, scripted, or whatever your house calls them.
- Featured talent grid with a subtle 3D tilt, follower counts and current highlights.
- Case studies in a horizontal track with arrow, drag and keyboard navigation, so recent wins read like a press pack.
- Services as a sticky-intro hairline list, powered by a custom Service post type – each with its own landing page and booking form.
- Testimonials carousel, an editorial pull quote plus a Swiper-powered slider with autoplay, looping and star ratings.
- Apply for representation, with a first-ninety-days process block.
- Team, FAQ, social feed, press strip, journal and a full contact section with live local-time clocks for every office.
Every one of those sections can be reordered by drag-and-drop, hidden, or duplicated onto a different page – and every page keeps its own independent copy of the content.
A Service post type with booking built in
Departments are not blog posts, so they are not stored as blog posts. The theme registers a dedicated Service post type with its own taxonomy, an icon picker, and three commercial fields – who it is for, the typical lead time, and the commercial terms – that render as a hairline spec table on the single service page. Each page closes with its own booking form, and the service name is passed into the notification email, so a publishing enquiry never lands in the broadcast desk’s inbox.
Customizer-first, page-builder-free
There is no page builder dependency and no proprietary block library to learn. The theme runs entirely on the native WordPress Customizer, extended with Kirki, so your client edits the site in the tool WordPress already ships. Global controls cover the colour palette, heading and body typography, container width, corner radius, logo, header CTA, footer columns, newsletter block, preloader and inner-page banners. Every long-form copy field is a proper rich-text editor, so adding a link, a bold phrase or a bullet list never requires touching HTML.
Black chrome, white pages
Inner pages invert the homepage rhythm on purpose. The banner, header and footer stay black while article and archive content sits on a white “paper” ground, so long-form reading gets the contrast it needs. Featured images are locked to a 16:9 window, so a portrait upload can never push the opening paragraph down the page. One switch returns the site to all-dark.
Conversion popup with real controls
A scroll-triggered popup opens at 50% page depth by default and can be switched to a time delay or exit intent. You control the scroll percentage, the delay, how many days a dismissal is remembered, whether it shows once per session, which pages it appears on, whether logged-in users see it, and a campaign ID that re-shows it to everyone when you change the offer. It accepts a Contact Form 7 shortcode, so it can capture roster requests, not just clicks.
Speed and search built in, not bolted on
The theme ships with no icon font, no jQuery dependency of its own and no bundled framework. Icons are one inline SVG sprite. Google Fonts are loaded only for the families you actually selected. Emoji scripts, ‘wp-embed’ and the block library on non-block pages are all dequeued. Scripts are deferred, the first content image gets ‘fetchpriority=”high”‘, and Swiper only loads on pages that render a carousel. On the SEO side, the theme outputs Organization schema on the homepage and FAQPage schema from the FAQ section, uses a clean heading hierarchy, and respects ‘prefers-reduced-motion’ throughout.
Contact Form 7, demo content and a setup wizard
Contact Form 7 handles every form: the general enquiry form, the per-service booking form, the footer newsletter and the popup. The one-click demo importer builds the whole site – pages, journal posts, six services, three navigation menus, all imagery and every Customizer value – from the setup wizard that opens the moment you activate the theme.
Responsive, accessible, translation-ready
The layout is fluid from 360px to 1800px with no horizontal overflow at any width. Focus states are visible, the mobile menu is a full-height scrolling sheet that restores focus on close, every icon carries an accessible label, and the theme is translation-ready.
SWP Talent Agency Pro is the talent agency WordPress Theme for agencies that want their website to look like the clients they represent.

Questions about Talent Agency WordPress Theme
Do I need a page builder such as Elementor, Divi or WPBakery?
No. Everything is edited in the native WordPress Customizer. There is no page builder dependency, and no builder licence to renew.
Which plugins are required?
Two, both free: Kirki (the Customizer framework that registers the panels) and Contact Form 7 (the booking, newsletter and pop-up forms). The setup wizard installs both for you.
Will the demo import overwrite my existing content?
No. The importer matches existing pages and posts by slug and updates them rather than creating duplicates. WordPress's own "Hello world!" post and "Sample Page" are moved to trash, not deleted, so you can restore them.
Can I reorder or hide sections?
Yes. Every page panel has a "Reorder Sections" control and every section has a Show/Hide switch. Hidden sections are not rendered at all, so they cost nothing.
Is the theme responsive?
Yes, from 320 px upward. Breakpoints at 1200, 1100, 900 and 600 px restack every grid, swap the desktop navigation for a full-screen drawer, and flatten the 3D book covers on small screens.
How do I control the pop-up?
Appearance → Customize → SWP Scroll Pop-up. Set the scroll depth, delay, re-display frequency, layout, imagery, copy and colours there.
Can I use my own logo in the sticky header?
Yes. The sticky header has a dedicated logo field, separate from the main header and footer logos, plus its own width control.
Is the theme SEO friendly?
Yes. Semantic markup, a single H1 per page, clean heading order, fast Core Web Vitals defaults, breadcrumbs and lazy-loaded images. It works alongside Yoast, Rank Math or SEOPress.
