SWP Webinar Pro is a webinar WordPress theme for studios, trainers and product teams who broadcast on a schedule rather than once a year. Instead of bolting a calendar onto a generic business template, it treats sessions, speakers, passes and replays as first-class content – so adding next Thursday’s broadcast takes a title, a date and a host, and the homepage, the calendar page, the speaker profile and the announcement bar all update themselves.

- Your calendar drives the site. Publish a session once and it appears in the schedule, in the “next broadcast” strip, in the booking form’s session dropdown and on its host’s profile.
- No page builder required. Every homepage and inner-page section is edited in the WordPress Customizer, with a visibility switch and drag-to-reorder control per section.
- Registration that actually works. Contact Form 7 powers booking and newsletter signup, styled to match the design – and the theme falls back to its own accessible form if the plugin is absent.
- Built for speed. No icon font, no slider library. Icons are one inline SVG sprite; the testimonial carousel is roughly 4 KB of vanilla JavaScript. Contact Form 7’s assets load only on pages that render a form.
- One-click demo. The importer rebuilds the entire demo – pages, sessions, speakers, resources, menus, forms, images and every Customizer setting – and can be re-run safely.

Questions about Webinar WordPress Theme
Is this webinar WordPress theme compatible with Zoom, YouTube Live or Google Meet?
Yes. Each session stores a booking URL and a replay URL, so you can point them at Zoom registration, a YouTube Live premiere, a Google Meet link or your own gated player. The theme does not lock you into one broadcast platform.
Do I need a page builder?
No. Every section is a native WordPress Customizer control. You get live preview, drag-to-reorder sections and a show/hide switch per section without installing Elementor, WPBakery or Divi.
Which plugins does it need?
Kirki for the Customizer options and Contact Form 7 for booking and newsletter forms. Both are free and both are offered automatically on activation. Without Contact Form 7 the theme still renders its own booking form.
Can I sell paid passes?
The pass table is designed to hand off to whatever checkout you already use - each tier's button takes any URL, so it can point at WooCommerce, Stripe Payment Links, MemberPress or a contact form.
Will the demo content overwrite my site?
No. The importer is idempotent: it matches existing content by slug and updates it rather than creating duplicates, so you can re-run it safely after experimenting.
