These terms and conditions apply when you download a product from ScintillaWPThemes. By accessing this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
General Usage
Our products are fully licensed under the GPL and built for self-hosted WordPress. Premium themes receive free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase; update notifications appear in your WordPress dashboard while your license is active. Free editions update through WordPress.org.
Licensing
All our WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) and may be used and modified for personal and commercial projects. Your purchase entitles you to updates and support for the number of live sites your license covers – 1 site for a single theme, 15 for the bundle. Staging and local development copies are not counted.
Theme Support
Each premium purchase includes 12 months of email support from the date of purchase, covering installation, configuration and basic customization. Major modifications and new feature development are not included. Free editions are supported through the WordPress.org community forums.
Support is offered by email at support@scintillawpthemes.com. Our team assists with installation, configuration and basic customisation questions.
We can help you install the theme if you are unfamiliar with the process. To assist, we may need access to your website, but we will not store any login credentials. You are welcome to change your credentials after our support is provided. If you encounter any installation issues, simply send us the necessary details, and we’ll handle the setup for you.
Warranty
Our themes are tested against the current stable release of WordPress at the time each version ships, and updated during your update period to maintain compatibility. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every third-party plugin or with WordPress releases published after your update period ends. ScintillaWPThemes is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur from using our themes.
Theme Compatibility
Our themes are built to work with the latest stable version of WordPress. We regularly update our themes to maintain compatibility with WordPress updates. However, we cannot ensure compatibility with older versions of WordPress or with every third-party plugin or software. Please note that altering the theme’s fundamental code could impact its compatibility and performance.
Price Changes
ScintillaWPThemes reserves the right to adjust the pricing of our themes at any time without prior notification. Our themes are sold with a one-time payment, as we do not offer subscription-based pricing.
Refund Policy
Because our themes and plugins are delivered digitally and instantly, all sales are final and we do not provide refunds. Every theme has a full live demo you can click through before you buy, and we answer pre-purchase questions at support@scintillawpthemes.com. If a theme does not work as described, our support team will fix it.
Licence Term
$33, 1 live site, 12 months of free updates and email support. Bundle – $69, up to 15 live sites, permanent access to download every current and future theme, with 12 months of free updates and priority support. In both cases your site continues to work after the period ends; only updates and support pause.
Taxes
ScintillaWPThemes does not impose any taxes on the prices listed for our products. All pricing shown is final.
