What happens after the first year?
Your site keeps running exactly as it is. Updates and support pause after 12 months; the theme itself never stops working, and you can renew any time to bring both back.
Can I use one theme on client sites?
A single-theme licence covers one live installation. If you build for clients, the bundle covers 15 live sites - yours or your client's - and staging and local copies don't count against that number.
Do your themes need a page builder?
It depends on the theme, and each product page says which type it is. Block themes use the native WordPress editor with full site editing. Customizer themes are configured from Appearance → Customize. Page builder themes are built for Elementor. None of them lock your content into proprietary shortcodes.
What does support actually cover?
Bugs, installation problems, configuration questions and anything the documentation should have explained but did not. It does not cover custom code we did not write. Premium themes include 1 year of email support from purchase; free themes are supported through the WordPress.org community forums.
Do you offer refunds?
These are digital files delivered instantly, so all sales are final. Every theme has a full live demo you can click through before you buy, and we answer pre-purchase questions at support@scintillawpthemes.com.
