Instructor guiding a client on the reformer

Why people stay with Pilates

Pilates trains the small stabilising muscles most workouts skip. The results show up in how you sit, stand, walk and sleep.

  • Better posture

Strengthen your back and shoulders so standing tall feels natural, not forced.

  • A stronger core

Build deep abdominal strength that protects your spine in everyday movement.

  • More flexibility

Lengthen tight hips and hamstrings with controlled, mindful stretching.

  • Less back pain

Gentle, supported exercises that many clients use alongside physiotherapy.

Questions before your first class

Still unsure? Call us on +1 (000) 555-555 and we will help you pick the right class.

I have never done Pilates. Where should I start?

Book a Reformer Foundations or Mat Basics class. Both are designed for beginners and your instructor will walk you through the equipment and breathing before you begin.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear fitted, comfortable clothing and grip socks. We have grip socks for sale at the front desk, plus mats, towels and filtered water for every client.

Can I do Pilates with an injury?

Often, yes. Let us know about any injury when you book. We usually recommend starting with a private session so your instructor can plan safe modifications.

How do I cancel a booking?

Cancel through your account up to 12 hours before class and the credit returns to your pack. Late cancellations count as a used class.
