Marcus has run every SWP build since 2006, which means every client since then has had one phone number and one person answering it. He walks the lot before anything is signed, files the schedule, and sends the Friday update himself.
He came up through framing, spent four years in commercial work, and came back to residential because he wanted to finish a building and then meet the people who were going to live in it.
