Every home we build carries a written warranty. This page summarises it; the full document forms part of your contract.
Ten years — structure
Foundation, load-bearing framing and roof structure are covered for ten years from the date of the certificate of occupancy.
Two years — systems
Plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling distribution installed by us or our trade partners are covered for two years.
One year — workmanship and finishes
Everything else, from door adjustment to grout lines. We schedule a callback at eleven months and fix what has settled, whether or not you have reported it.
What is not covered
Normal wear, damage from alterations made by others, failure to maintain grading and gutters, and appliance manufacturer warranties, which pass to you directly.
Making a claim
Call the office or email us. Marcus or Tomas will look at it, usually within a week.
