Prices on this site
The bands published on our cost page are indicative ranges for construction only in Sangamon County. They are not quotes. Your number comes from your lot and your drawings, and we give it to you in writing at stage two.
Project photography
Photographs of completed work are published with the owners’ permission. Specifications listed alongside them describe that specific project and are not a specification for yours.
Accuracy
We keep this site current, but building codes, material costs and lead times move. Where this site and a signed contract disagree, the contract governs.
