SWP Self Storage Pro is a Self Storage WordPress Theme built around the three questions every storage customer asks before they pick up the phone: what size do I need, what does it cost, and can I hold one today?

Most storage sites bury those answers in paragraphs. This theme turns each one into a working feature – a size finder, a to-scale size guide and monthly rate cards that all read from the same source of truth, so your prices can never disagree with themselves across three different pages.

Answer “what size do I need?” in one click

The Size Finder sits directly beneath the hero, where the top task belongs. A visitor picks what they are storing – a few boxes, a two-bedroom home, a caravan – and the theme names the right unit, links straight to that unit’s page, and offers to hold it. Every option is generated from your own units, so the finder stays accurate the moment you change a price or add a size.

A size guide people can actually compare

The Size Guide draws every unit footprint to one shared scale – four pixels to the foot by default, adjustable in the Customizer. A 5×5 locker and a 10×30 vehicle bay appear side by side at their true relative sizes, so customers stop guessing and start choosing. Each card lists what fits, the square footage and a plain-English comparison (“about the size of a large closet”).

Rates that stay in sync

Monthly rate cards carry a price, a period, a feature list and an optional highlight on your best-selling unit. Because rates and sizes are the same content type, a price change in one place updates the rate card, the unit page, the size finder result and the reservation dropdown at once.

Take the booking

The reservation form is styled to match the design and runs on Contact Form 7, with correct field types, validation states and error styling. Without Contact Form 7 installed the theme falls back to its own server-side handler – nonce-checked, honeypot-protected and genuinely sending mail – so no demo control is ever dead.

A scroll-triggered promo popup fires at 50% page depth by default and is fully configurable: scroll depth, timed delay or exit intent; how many days before it returns; desktop, mobile or both.

Built for the whole site, not just the homepage

Nine page templates ship ready to assign – About, Facility, Unit Types, Size Guide, Rates, Reviews, FAQ, Contact and Blog – plus single and archive templates for storage units, facility services and unit categories, a search page, a 404 and a full blog with sidebar, comments and pagination.

Customizer control over everything

Eight panels, fifty sections and more than three hundred settings: the full colour system, font families and a complete type scale, header and navigation, footer columns, every homepage block, per-page section order with show/hide toggles, page banners and the popup. Reorder sections by dragging. Hide any section on one page without touching the others.

One-click demo

The importer recreates the entire demo: thirteen pages, six storage units, six facility services, three unit categories, six reviews, seven FAQs, five blog posts, four menus, sidebar widgets, both Contact Form 7 forms, every Customizer setting and ten optimised images. It is idempotent – run it twice and it repairs content rather than duplicating it.
