We hold any unit for 48 hours, free. No card details, no deposit, and nothing signed until you have seen the actual unit with the door open.
Sign at the counter, set your gate code, and take the loan van for the first load. Most people are unloading within an hour of walking in.
We put up the first eight buildings on Maplewood Lane and we still sweep the corridors ourselves. The lights work, the aisles stay clear, and somebody picks up the phone when you call about a door that sticks.
Someone is here past office hours, walks the rows twice a day, and can meet a late truck if you ring ahead.
Held steady year round, so paper, timber, electronics and upholstery come out the way they went in.
Indoor, climate controlled, trolley at every entrance. Sizes from a 5x5 locker up to a 10x20 room.

Every aisle is on camera, every door is alarmed to its own unit number, and the perimeter is checked at open and at close. If a door is left unlatched, we call you before we lock it.

Claim Promo5x5 · 25 sq ft
A cupboard-sized indoor unit for documents, seasonal kit, a bicycle and a few cartons. It is the size most people take when they are clearing a spare room rather than a whole house.
10x10 · 100 sq ft
Our most rented size. A hundred square feet holds a two-bedroom flat including the bulky items — a sofa, bed frames, a washing machine and a dining set.
10x20 · 200 sq ft
A full-house unit you can back a truck into, or space for a car plus stock on pallets. Two hundred square feet with a roller door at vehicle height and hard standing right outside.
Sizes between these three are available. Ring the office and we will quote the nearest fit: +1 (000) 555-555
Most of our units were taken on a recommendation from someone already renting here. That only happens when the small things are right, so we spend our time on the small things.
Every unit is checked for damp after heavy rain, and door seals are replaced on a schedule rather than after a complaint.
Monitored bait stations through all eight buildings, inspected monthly, with the report pinned up in the office.
The rate you sign is the rate you pay for twelve months, and any change after that comes with sixty days of notice in writing.
We put a whole flat in here during a six-month renovation. Nothing smelled of damp when it came out, which is more than I can say for the last place we used.
I run a two-van plumbing outfit and keep all my stock in Building E. The delivery desk signing for merchants has saved me more time than the unit costs.
The manager met me at nine at night when my removal truck ran late. He waited, opened the gate, and did not make a thing of it. That is why I am still here.
My caravan sat in the south lot all winter and came out clean and starting first turn. The trickle charge point was worth the small extra on the bay.
They talked me down from a 10x10 to a 5x10 and saved me fifty dollars a month. I have never had a storage place argue itself out of money before.
Two years in the same unit and the rate has not moved once. The corridors are swept, the lights all work, and I have never once turned up to a locked gate.
Yes. You supply the lock and you keep the only key, which is the point. We never hold a spare and we cannot open your unit without you. Heavy-duty discus padlocks are on the counter if you have not brought one.
One month. After that it runs month to month with no fixed term. To leave, give us a week of notice, clear the unit and hand back the gate card. Part months are refunded pro rata.
No, and you should not assume you are covered. Some home contents policies extend to goods in storage, so check yours first. If it does not, we can quote a separate policy at the counter based on what you declare.
Nothing perishable, living or flammable. That rules out food, plants, animals, fuel, gas bottles, fireworks, paint thinners and anything illegal. If you are unsure about a particular item, ask before you load the van rather than after.
Yes, on business units. The office signs for the parcel, logs it, and texts you the same day. Pallet deliveries need a slot booked so the dock is clear when the driver arrives.
The gate opens at 06.00 and closes at 22.00, seven days a week, including bank holidays. The office is staffed 08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Saturday. You do not need the office to be open to reach your unit.
Neither. You pay the first month on the day you move in and nothing else up front. The rate you sign is held for twelve months, and any change after that comes with sixty days of notice in writing.
No card details and no deposit. We ring you back to confirm and to walk you round the unit before anything is signed.
We reply the same working day. Your details are used only to arrange the unit.
