How far in advance should I book?
For local moves, two to three weeks is usually enough. For long-distance moves or the end of the month, book four to six weeks ahead. We also take short-notice jobs when a crew is free, so call even if your date is this week.
Is my quote really fixed?
Yes. Once we've seen your inventory, the price is written into your contract. It only changes if you add items or services, and we'll confirm any change with you in writing first.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Every move includes basic valuation coverage, and full-value protection is available on all plans. Report any issue within 30 days and our claims team will repair, replace or reimburse it.
Do I need to pack anything myself?
Only if you want to. You can pack everything, let us pack just the kitchen and fragile items, or have us pack the whole home the day before your move.
How do I pay, and when?
A small deposit holds your date. The balance is due after delivery, once you've checked everything is in place. We accept cards, bank transfer and checks.
Can I change or cancel my moving date?
Yes. Reschedule or cancel for free up to 72 hours before your move. Inside 72 hours, we'll do our best to move your date before keeping any part of the deposit.
Are there items you can't move?
We can't transport hazardous materials like propane, paint, ammunition or pool chemicals. We'll send a full list with your quote so nothing catches you off guard.
