These terms apply to every move we carry out. Your written quote and contract list the exact services, price and dates for your move and take precedence over this summary.
Quotes and pricing
Flat-rate quotes are based on the inventory agreed during your survey. The price only changes if items or services are added, and we confirm any change with you in writing before moving day.
Deposits, rescheduling and cancellation
A deposit holds your moving date. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 72 hours before the move. Inside 72 hours we will try to move your date before keeping any part of the deposit.
Protection and claims
Every move includes basic valuation coverage. Full-value protection is available on every plan. Report any damage within 30 days of delivery and our claims team will repair, replace or reimburse the item.
Items we cannot move
For safety and legal reasons we cannot transport hazardous materials such as propane, paint, fuel, ammunition or pool chemicals.
