Every home is different. Your final price depends on your inventory, access (stairs, elevators, long carries) and distance. We confirm it in writing after a free survey, before you pay a deposit.
Is the quote really the final price?
Yes. Your flat-rate quote is written into your contract. It only changes if you add items or services, and we confirm any change with you in writing first.
Do you charge for stairs, fuel or long carries?
No. There are no stair, fuel or long-carry surcharges on any of our packages.
How much is the deposit?
A small deposit holds your date. The balance is due after delivery, once you have checked everything is in place.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, bank transfer and checks. Business customers can also pay on invoice.
