Sleep
Sleeping bag rated 5 degrees below the forecast low, sleeping pad, pillow, warm hat.
Kitchen
Stove and fuel, lighter, pot, pan, utensils, mugs, biodegradable soap, sponge, rubbish bags, cool box.
First aid
Plasters, blister pads, antiseptic, pain relief, tweezers, any personal medication.
For the kids
Head torches with spare batteries, a change of clothes per day, rain gear and something to do when it rains.
