We take orders for whole and half beef, lamb and pig. You give us a cutting list — or leave it to us — and we break the animal down to your specification, wrap every parcel and label it with the cut and the weight.
- Three working days from the order to collection.
- A deposit holds the animal; the balance is settled on the final hanging weight.
- Bones, fat and offal are included at no extra charge if you want them.
- Everything comes vacuum sealed and freezer ready.
