Orders are wrapped, labelled and held in the chiller under your name. Bring a cool bag if you have a long drive — we will pack ice either way.
- Ordered before 11am: ready from 2pm the same day.
- Ordered after 11am: ready from opening the next trading day.
- Butcher boxes are packed Thursday morning and held until Saturday close.
- Uncollected orders are held for 48 hours, then offered on the counter.
