Our sausages, marinades and rubs are made on site, in a room that handles a range of ingredients. Ask at the counter and we will read you the list for anything in the case.
- Sausage casings are natural unless the label says otherwise.
- Some rubs and marinades contain mustard, celery and sulphites.
- Gluten-free sausage is made in a separate batch on Wednesdays.
- We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact in a working butchery.
