Theresa is our clinical lead. She handles wound care, dressing changes, injections and the medication reviews that untangle a pill box nobody can follow any more.
She also chairs the ninety-day plan reviews, sitting down with the family and, where they want it, the treating doctor, to agree in writing what changes. Fourteen years of hospital and community nursing means she is the person who spots the thing that has not been said out loud yet.
