Dana leads our memory care work. She is trained in dementia-specific approaches and, more usefully, has spent seven years learning what actually settles a household at four in the afternoon.
She builds routines deliberately simple enough that a spouse or an adult child can keep them going on the days she is not there — the same chair, the same music, the same order of doing things. Families regularly tell us the routine outlasted the crisis that prompted the call.
Dana also runs the home safety reviews for every new memory support client.
