Family FAQ

The questions we get on the first call

If yours is not here, ask it on the phone. Nobody is going to put you through a sales script.

Ask us directly

Two hours, once a week. Plenty of families start there and never need more. We would rather begin small and add hours than talk anyone into a package they do not use.

Service area

Do we cover your parent’s street?

We only take on households our caregivers can reach reliably in bad weather. If we cannot promise to arrive on time, we say so on the first call and point you somewhere that can.
