A watch is the one category where the paperwork genuinely moves the number. Box, papers, spare links and a service history can add a third to what we can offer, because they are what a buyer downstream will ask for.
We open the case back on every piece. It takes a few minutes and it is the only way to tell an original movement from a replacement, a service dial from a factory one, or a good fake from the real thing. You are welcome to watch through the loupe while we do it.
We buy Swiss automatics, chronographs, dive watches and vintage mechanicals. We are honest about quartz and fashion brands: most of them are worth very little second-hand, and we would rather tell you that at the counter than waste your afternoon.
