The floor is stocked with pieces that were pawned and not redeemed. That is the whole reason the prices work: we already own them at loan value, so we can sell them well under retail and still do fine.
Everything is tested, cleaned and photographed before it goes in the case. Jewellery is checked for stone security, watches are timed, tools are run, and electronics are wiped and charged. All of it carries a 90-day warranty — if it fails in that window, bring it back.
Layaway is straightforward: 20% down holds the item under your name, and you have eight weeks to pay the rest in whatever instalments suit you. There is no interest and no fee. If you change your mind, the deposit converts to store credit rather than disappearing.
