SWP Banquet Hall sits on Maplewood Lane with its own kitchen, its own parking, and a team that sets every room by hand the night before your event.

We keep one booking on the calendar per hall per day. No turnovers between lunch and dinner, no rushing your photographer out of the foyer, no second party listening through the wall.

How booking works

From First Walkthrough To Last Dance.

Four steps, one point of contact, and nothing that appears on the invoice without being said out loud first.

Book a tour any day between ten and seven. We open the rooms empty and dressed so you can see both, and we bring the floor plans on paper.

  • Roughly forty-five minutes, no pressure

We hold your date for seven days at no cost. The written quote lands the same afternoon with every line itemised, including staffing and the cleaning window.

  • Deposit only once you have read the quote

Sit down with the chef for a tasting, then set the room on paper: table shapes, head table, bar position, where the cake goes and where the band loads in.

  • Dietary requirements handled by name, not by count

Your coordinator is on the floor from vendor load-in to load-out. We strip the room overnight so nobody in your family is stacking chairs at midnight.

  • Gifts, cards and leftovers packed and labelled
One run sheet, shared with everyone

Your photographer, band, florist and our kitchen all work from the same timing document. Nobody guesses when the speeches start.

The Things Everyone Asks On The First Call.

If your question is not here, phone the venue and a coordinator will answer rather than routing you to a form.

Saturdays in May, June, September and October are usually taken twelve to eighteen months out. Weekdays and Sunday afternoons often open up inside three months, and we keep a short cancellation list you can join at no cost.

Our kitchen cooks every event, so there is no outside catering fee and no kitchen hire charge. For cultural or religious menus we cannot cook in house, we will host a licensed caterer you nominate and hand over the kitchen for the day.

Tables, chairs, linen, crockery, glassware, house sound, uplighting, the dance floor, setup, service staff and clean-up. Food, beverage, floral and any hire beyond our stock are quoted separately and listed by line.

Yes, and by name rather than by number. Send us the guest list with requirements attached and the kitchen prints place cards so the right plate reaches the right seat. Nut, gluten, dairy, halal and vegan menus are all cooked in house.

Music stops at midnight and the bar closes thirty minutes earlier under our licence. You have until half past midnight to say goodbye. We strip the room overnight, so nothing needs to be carried out by your family.

There is a lit on-site lot with accessible bays beside the covered entrance, plus a separate vendor bay at the rear. For full-venue events we can arrange valet through a partner and add it to your quote.
