Our plated service runs on a synchronised drop: every table is served within the same four-minute window, so nobody watches a neighbour eat. The kitchen holds the pass until the room is ready, which means the speeches can overrun without anything drying out. Two mains run side by side as standard, and a third is available where the guest list needs it.
