Running from one workshop keeps our travel short and our diary honest, so the slot we promise is the slot you get. Sitting a few miles beyond the towns below is rarely a problem — ring us and we will tell you straight away whether a van is already nearby. No mileage is added anywhere inside the city boundary.

When it cannot wait
A nursery, a server cupboard, a bedroom with a newborn in it — some rooms simply have to come down in temperature tonight. Our late line is staffed by an engineer, not an answering service, and there is no premium added to weekend or evening labour.

Nothing is billed until an engineer stands in front of the equipment and you have agreed a figure. Replies go out the same working day, Monday to Saturday.
