Estimates
Written estimates are valid for thirty days from the date issued. Hidden deck damage found after tear-off is charged per sheet at the rate stated on the estimate, and is always shown to you before the work proceeds.
Workmanship warranty
Our workmanship is covered for ten years from completion and transfers once on sale of the property. Manufacturer warranties on materials are registered on your behalf and are governed by the manufacturer’s own terms.
