SWP Roofing started as two people and a borrowed truck, working weekends on storm-damaged bungalows because the phone kept ringing. Two decades later we run six crews across residential and light commercial work, and the one rule we started with has not moved: nobody quotes a roof they have not walked.
Everything under one crew
The envelope of a building fails at its edges — where the roof meets the wall, where the gutter meets the fascia, where the flashing meets the chimney. That is exactly where three separate contractors start blaming each other. Shingles, standing seam, flat membrane, gutters, soffit and siding are all handled in-house here, so there is one crew on site, one schedule to track and one number to call when something needs looking at.
What you can hold us to
- Every roof is walked and photographed before it is priced.
- Deck rot is priced per sheet in advance, never estimated after the fact.
- Licensed, insured and permit-ready on every job we take.
- A rolling magnet goes over the lawn, drive and kerb at the end of every day.
- Ten years on our workmanship, transferable once if you sell the house.
