A full tear-off and replacement on a family home whose original roof had reached the end of a twenty-two year run. Two sheets of decking were soft above the north valley; both were photographed, shown to the owner and swapped at the per-sheet rate quoted on the estimate. Architectural shingles over synthetic underlayment, with ice and water shield carried up every valley and around both chimneys.
