A good fit is measured, not guessed. We take pupil height, frame tilt and lens centring in store, because a progressive lens that is two millimetres out is a progressive lens you will never get on with.
Around four hundred frames are on display. Single-vision lenses in stock are usually ready within three working days; progressives, high prescriptions and specialist coatings take seven to ten. Adjustments and repairs stay free for as long as you wear them.
Tear film analysis, meibomian gland imaging and a treatment plan that goes further than another bottle of drops. Follow-up at six weeks is included.
