Every repair carried out by SWP Mobile Repair is covered by a 90-day parts and labor warranty. If a part we fitted fails or the same fault comes back, we fix it again at no cost.
What the warranty covers
- Replacement screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras and back glass we installed
- Defects in the part and in our workmanship
- Re-testing and re-calibration of the repaired function
What it does not cover
- New accidental damage such as drops, cracks or bends after the repair
- Liquid damage that happens after the repair
- Repairs or opening of the device by anyone else
Board-level and data recovery work is covered for 30 days because the device already had an underlying fault. To make a claim, bring the device and your reference number to the shop or contact us — you can check its progress any time on the Track Repair page.
