How long does a typical repair take?

Screen and battery replacements usually take 30–60 minutes. Charging ports and cameras take about the same. Water damage and board-level repairs can take 24–72 hours because the device needs careful cleaning and testing.

Will I lose my photos and data?

No. Standard hardware repairs like screens, batteries and ports don't touch your data. We still recommend a quick backup, and we never reset your phone without asking you first.

What kind of parts do you use?

We use OEM or premium OEM-grade parts that match the original brightness, color and touch response. If more than one quality option exists for your model, we'll explain the difference and let you choose.

Do I need an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome. Booking online guarantees your part is in stock and holds a time slot for you, which can save a second trip.

Will a repair void my manufacturer warranty?

If your device is still under the manufacturer's warranty, check with them first — we'll tell you honestly if that's the better route. For out-of-warranty devices, our own 90-day warranty covers you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You pay only after the repair is done and you've tested your device.

What if my device can't be fixed?

Then you don't pay for the repair. Diagnosis is free, and if we can't fix it, you take your device home at no charge — or we can make you a trade-in offer.
