Consultations
A fixed fee for a site visit, feasibility notes and a rough cost range. It is credited against full service if you continue.
Full service
Usually a percentage of construction cost, starting from around 8% for new homes. It covers design, drawings, permits, tendering and site visits.
Interiors
A fixed fee per room or floor, agreed in writing before work starts.
