Residential interiors

Whole-home interiors planned around your routines, your light and your budget.

A home should feel calm on a Monday morning and generous on a Saturday night. We design whole-home interiors that fit the way you actually live, from the first floor plan to the last cushion.

How we work

We start with a long conversation and a walk through your home, then measure every room. Concept boards, layouts and 3D views follow, so you can see each space before anything is ordered.

Detail that lasts

Joinery, lighting and finishes are drawn together, so storage is where you need it, lamps sit where you read and materials age gracefully. One designer stays with you until the final styling day.

How a project unfolds

Four stages, each ending with a meeting where you sign off before we continue. You always know what comes next and what it costs.

Sketches, physical models and 3D views let you compare options before a single line is fixed.

    Drawings & permits

Construction drawings, engineer coordination and every planning and building permit submission.

How much does an architect cost?

Full service usually starts from 8% of construction cost, depending on size and complexity. Consultations are a fixed $450 and interiors are priced per room or floor. You receive a written fee proposal before anything starts.

How long from first meeting to move-in?

Design and permits typically take four to six months. Building a custom home usually takes another ten to fourteen months, depending on size, season and contractor availability.

Do you handle planning and building permits?

Yes. We prepare and submit all drawings, respond to reviewer comments and attend meetings with the local authority for you.

Can you recommend builders?

We run a tender with three to five vetted builders, compare prices line by line and help you choose. You sign directly with the builder.

Will I see the design in 3D first?

Every concept includes 3D views and a walkthrough video. For larger homes we also build a physical model you keep.
