The SWP Academy’s free summer camps reached a record 1,200 children this year, with sessions in eleven Springfield neighbourhoods across six weeks.
Football for every kid
Every session was free, every child received a camp shirt, and first-team players dropped in on every site. For many of the players it was a return to the same pitches where they first kicked a ball.
- 1,200 children aged 6 to 16
- 11 neighbourhood sites
- 36 UEFA-licensed coaches
- 48 players invited to academy trials
Weekend sessions continue through the season. Parents can register a player from the Club page or contact the academy office.
