Our Services

Wealth management services under one strategy

Eight coordinated practice areas managed from a single client file, so a decision in one part of your finances is never made in isolation from the rest.

About The Firm

A disciplined approach to your complete financial picture

Most clients come to us with assets spread across several institutions and no consolidated view of what they hold. We begin by reconciling every account into a single statement of net worth, then review each recommendation through our investment committee before it reaches you.

Every strategy is documented, dated and measured against results at each quarterly review.

Our Planning Process

A clear four-step engagement

The scope, the fee and the deliverable are confirmed in writing before any work begins. If a stage would not add value in your circumstances, we will tell you.

Introductory consultation

A complimentary thirty-minute conversation to understand your objectives, explain how we work and establish whether our services are a suitable fit.

STEP 02

Discovery and analysis

Statements, tax returns, benefit summaries, insurance policies and estate documents are collected through a secure portal and reconciled before any advice is given.

STEP 03

Strategy presentation

You receive a written financial plan setting out prioritised recommendations, the reasoning behind each one and a practical implementation timeline.

STEP 04

Ongoing review

Four scheduled reviews each year, with your adviser available between meetings for career changes, liquidity events and other material developments.

Project and hourly engagements have no minimum. Ongoing wealth management carries a minimum annual fee, which is generally not cost-effective below approximately three hundred thousand dollars in investable assets. Where that applies, we will recommend the more suitable option.

Client assets are held at an independent third-party custodian. We never take custody of client funds. Accounts are opened in your name, statements are delivered to you directly, and our authority is limited to the trading and fee arrangements you authorise in writing.

Exclusively through fees paid by our clients. We receive no commissions, trail payments, referral fees or revenue sharing from any product provider, and this is disclosed in full in our Form ADV Part 2A.

Recent account statements, your two most recent tax returns, employer benefit summaries, insurance policies and any estate documents. Incomplete records are common, and identifying those gaps is part of our work.

We encourage it. With your written authorisation we coordinate directly with your existing professionals so that your tax return, estate documents and investment strategy remain consistent with one another.

Provide written notice and the agreement ends. Fees are prorated to the date of termination, accounts remain in your name at the custodian, and your planning documents are delivered to you at no charge.

Take the first step toward a clearer financial strategy
