Tickets can be transferred to a colleague free of charge up to 48 hours before the event — email us the new attendee name and we will reissue the ticket.
Refunds
Full refunds are available up to 30 days before the event start date. Between 30 and 14 days we refund 50%. Inside 14 days tickets are non-refundable but remain transferable.
Event changes
If we change the date or venue you may keep your ticket for the new date or request a full refund. If an event is cancelled every ticket is refunded in full within 10 business days.
