FAQ

Answers before you book

Everything you need to know about planning with us and attending our events.

Still have questions? Talk to a producer
What kinds of events does SWPEvent run?

Conferences, summits, product launches, award nights, trade expos and private corporate events, from 50 guests to 10,000.

Can you run hybrid or fully online events?

Yes. We handle live streaming, virtual stages and audience Q&A so remote guests get the same experience as the room.

How far in advance should we book?

We suggest 4–6 months for conferences and 8–12 weeks for smaller events. Short-notice requests depend on venue availability.

Do you help find and book speakers?

We manage outreach, contracts, travel and rehearsals, and recommend speakers based on your audience and budget.

What's included in full-service planning?

Venue sourcing, budgeting, stage and AV, ticketing, catering, branding, staffing and a detailed post-event report.

Can I transfer or refund my ticket?

Tickets can be transferred to a colleague for free up to 48 hours before the event. Refund terms are listed on each event page.
