How far in advance should we book?
For weddings and large corporate events, 9 to 12 months gives the best choice of venues and vendors. Smaller parties can often be planned in six to eight weeks.
Do you travel for destination events?
Yes. We plan events across the US and abroad. Team travel and accommodation are quoted separately and agreed before booking.
Can we use our own vendors?
Of course. We'll coordinate with anyone you've already booked and suggest trusted partners only for the gaps.
What happens if it rains on the day?
Every outdoor event we plan includes a written weather plan, with tent or indoor options confirmed well before the date.
How do payments work?
A 30% retainer secures your date. The balance is split into two payments, with the final one due two weeks before the event.
