- Weddings and galas: 6 to 10 weeks ahead for the widest choice
- Corporate launches: 3 to 4 weeks, longer for branded installs
- Private dinners and showers: often 3 to 5 days
- Home staging: usually within a week
Peak dates go first
Saturdays from May to October book out quickly, especially for lounge furniture and candelabras. If your date is fixed, reserve the key pieces first and add the rest later.
Changes are easy
You can change items up to seven days before delivery, so there is no risk in booking early.
