How far in advance should I book?
For weddings and large events, 6 to 10 weeks ahead secures the widest choice. Smaller orders and staging can often be delivered within 3 to 5 days.
Is there a minimum order?
Event orders start at $250 before delivery. Home staging starts with a single room on a 30-day term.
What happens if something gets damaged?
Every order includes a damage waiver that covers normal wear, small spills and minor scuffs. Lost or seriously broken items are charged at replacement cost.
Can I see the pieces before renting?
Yes. Book a free showroom visit and walk through the collection with a stylist, or ask for a video walkthrough of specific items.
Do you deliver outside Springfield?
We deliver anywhere within 120 miles. Delivery within 25 miles is included in package prices, with a flat mileage rate beyond that.
