These terms apply to every rental order.
Deposits and payment
No deposit is taken until you approve your proposal. A 30% deposit then secures your items and the balance is due seven days before delivery.
Changes and cancellations
You can change items up to seven days before delivery and move your date once, free of charge, up to 14 days ahead. Cancellations more than 30 days out receive a full deposit refund.
Damage waiver
Every order includes a damage waiver covering normal wear, small spills and minor scuffs. Lost or seriously damaged items are charged at replacement cost.
