Support Channels

For pre-sales inquiries, we recommend reaching out via email or live chat. For theme-related support, we offer assistance through email and our dedicated support forum. We do not provide support through social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter) or by phone.

Support Hours

Our official support hours are from 9 AM to 10 PM (GMT+5.5), Monday through Saturday. We aim to respond to support requests within 12 hours on weekdays. In case of higher volume or complex issues, the response time may extend up to 24 hours. We pride ourselves on providing fast, friendly, and helpful support.

Support Duration

We offer support for all our WordPress themes, both free and premium. Users of free themes (available on WordPress.org) will receive basic support through email and the WordPress.org forums. For premium theme customers, we provide lifetime support from the date of purchase.

What’s Included in Our Support

We provide free theme installation and setup assistance for beginners who may be unfamiliar with installing a theme. Our support is dedicated to ensuring that all features of the theme are working correctly, as seen in the theme demo. We only offer support for themes developed by ScintillaWPThemes.

What’s Not Covered in Our Support

Support does not include significant theme customizations or modifications, or the addition of new options/features. We do not provide general WordPress support, so please use the official WordPress.org forums for that. Additionally, our support does not cover third-party Plugins or products you may choose to integrate with the theme on your website. For issues with third-party plugins, you should contact the plugin author. We are also unable to assist with hosting server-related issues, diagnostics, maintenance, or other server services.
