When you purchase a single theme, you receive a 1-site license valid for 1 year (including updates and support).
The bundle includes 15 site licenses valid for 1 year. And Access to all premium and free themes. Plus you also get access to new released themes.
Yes, your website will keep working. However, you will no longer receive updates or support unless you renew.
Yes, you may use your license for client projects. Each site counts as one license.

Upload the theme zip file in WordPress: Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload.
Yes, every theme includes 1-click demo import to replicate the demo site instantly.
